乡村振兴战略背景下农业科技协同创新的现实路径和动力机制--以山东省蒙阴县蜜桃产业发展为例

农业科技协同创新与乡村振兴战略实施紧密相连。新时代背景下,提高农业技术创新能力的关键是增强农业技术创新协同效应。协同创新是由主体要素和资源要素的内外部驱动因素共同作用而产生的创新行为。其中,创新要素是合作的基础,多个主体的创新动力及其合作行为是协同的根基。作为乡村振兴战略的重要引擎,农业科技协同创新的关键在于整合资源,激发活力。文章通过对蒙阴县蜜桃产业农业科技协同创新现状进行总结,结合蒙阴县实际情况分析了现阶段现代农业发展现状和存在的问题,提出提高乡村农业科技创新的建议和对策。这就需要加强高层次的宏观设计,完善农业科技协同创新的政策策略;整合中观层面的创新资源,加强农业科技协同创新品牌化建设;优化微观机制协同,强化农业科技协同创新机制建设;优化微观机制协同,加强农业科技协同创新机制建设。

The collaborative innovation of agricultural science and technology is closely related to the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.Under the background of the new era,the key to improve the ability of agricultural technology innovation is to enhance the synergistic effect of agricultural technology innovation.Collaborative innovation is an innovative behavior produced by the joint action of the internal and external driving factors of subject elements and resource elements.Among them,the element of innovation is the foundation of cooperation,and the innovation motivation of multiple subjects and their cooperative behavior are the foundation of cooperation.As an important engine of rural revitalization strategy,the key to collaborative innovation of agricultural science and technology is to integrate resources and stimulate vitality.This paper summarizes the current situation of agricultural science and technology collaborative innovation of peach industry in Mengyin County,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of modern agriculture at the present stage,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to improve rural agricultural science and technology innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the high-level macro design,complete the policy strategy of agricultural science and technology collaborative innovation,integrate the innovation resources at the meso level,strengthen the brand construction of agricultural science and technology collaborative innovation,optimize the micro-mechanism coordination,strengthen the construction of agricultural science and technology collaborative innovation mechanism,optimize the micro-mechanism coordination,and strengthen the construction of agricultural science and technology collaborative innovation mechanism.
