细节护理在3D腹腔镜手术中的应用效果

Application of Detail Nursing in 3D Laparoscopic Surgery

目的评价细节护理在3D腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法将120例需行3D腹腔镜手术治疗的患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予细节护理,主要包括强化术前访视、注重特殊器械物品准备、规范术中配合以及完善术后护理4个方面。比较2组器械准备完整度、操作流程及术中配合评分。结果观察组器械准备完整度为96.7%,明显高于对照组的85.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.900、P=0.027);观察组操作流程评分和术中配合评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理应用于3D腹腔镜手术,有利于提供完善的术前器械准备,改善手术配合,更好地服务患者。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of detail nursing in 3D laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing 3D laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group was given detail nursing,including strengthening preoperative visit,paying attention to the preparation of special devices,standardizing intraoperative cooperation,and improving postoperative nursing.The completeness of device preparation and scores of operation process and intraoperative cooperation were compared between the two groups.Results The completeness of instrument preparation in the observation group(96.7%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(85.0%)(χ^(2)=4.900,P=0.027).In addition,scores of operation process and intraoperative cooperation in the observation group were remarkably higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detail nursing in 3D laparoscopic surgery can perfect preoperative equipment preparation,improve surgical cooperation and better serve patients.
