复发性流产孕妇血清及胚胎组织中Klotho蛋白表达水平的分析

Analysis of Klotho protein expression level in serum and embryo tissue of pregnant women with recurrent abortion

目的:分析复发性流产孕妇血清及胚胎组织中Klotho蛋白表达的水平。方法:选取在潍坊市妇幼保健院进行人工流产手术的80例复发性流产孕妇及同期该院收治的100例胚胎正常要求流产孕妇作为研究对象。将其中80例复发性流产孕妇设为复发性流产组,将其中100例胚胎正常主动要求流产的孕妇设为正常妊娠要求流产组。两组孕妇入院后,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测其血清Klotho蛋白的表达水平,采用免疫组织化学法检测其胚胎组织中Klotho蛋白的表达水平。然后比较两组孕妇的检测结果。结果:复发性流产组孕妇血清及胚胎组织中Klotho蛋白的表达水平均高于正常妊娠要求流产组孕妇,P<0.05。结论:与胚胎正常主动要求流产的孕妇相比,复发性流产孕妇血清及胚胎组织中Klotho蛋白的表达水平较高。

Objective:To analyze the expression level of Klotho protein in serum and embryo tissues of pregnant women with recurrent abortion.Methods:80 cases of recurrent abortion in Weifang Maternal and Child Health hospital and 100 cases of normal embryo abortion were selected as the research object.Among them,80 cases of recurrent abortion were assigned to the recurrent abortion group,and 100 cases of pregnant women with normal embryos who voluntarily requested abortion were assigned to the normal pregnancy abortion group.After admission,the expression level of Klotho protein in serum was detected by ELISA,and the expression level of Klotho protein in embryo tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry.The test results were then compared between the two groups.Results:The expression level of Klotho protein in serum and embryo tissue of recurrent abortion group was higher than that of normal abortion group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Klotho protein expression level in serum and embryo tissue of pregnant women with recurrent abortion is higher than that of p regnant women with normal abortion.
