3D打印技术联合椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗老年胸腰椎骨折的效果分析

摘要 目的:探讨用3D打印技术联合椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗老年胸腰椎骨折的效果。方法:选取绵阳市中心医院收治的80例老年胸腰椎骨折患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组。采用常规的椎弓根螺钉内固定术对对照组患者进行治疗,采用3D打印技术联合椎弓根螺钉内固定术对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)的评分及伤椎前后缘的高度比。结果:治疗后3个月及6个月,观察组患者的JOA评分均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗后6个月,观察组患者伤椎前后缘的高度比大于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用3D打印技术联合椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗老年胸腰椎骨折的效果显著,能有效地恢复患者伤椎的高度,改善其胸腰椎的功能。 Objective:To investigate the effect of 3D printing combined with pedicle screw internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture in the elderly.Methods:80 elderly patients with thoracolumbar fracture treated in Mianyang Central Hospital were selected as the research object.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional pedicle screw internal fixation,and patients in the observation group were treated with 3D printing combined with pedicle screw internal fixation.Then,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association evaluation treatment score(JOA)score and the height ratio of the anterior and posterior margins of the injured vertebra were compared between the two groups.Results:3 and 6 months after treatment,the J OA score of observation group was higher than that of control group,P<0.05.Six months after treatment,the height ratio of anterior and posterior margin of injured vertebrae in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:3D printing combined with pedicle screw internal fixation can effectively restore the height of the injured vertebra and improve the function of the thoracolumbar spine in the elderly patients with thoracolumbar fracture.
