急倾斜矿体多层矿联合开采的实践

摘要 急倾斜矿体多层矿联合开采一直是当今世界矿业工程中的难题.针对广西大新锰矿急倾斜矿体的地质赋存条件,研究探索出了急倾斜矿体多层矿联合开采的工艺。设计采用浅孔留矿法回采,浅孔凿岩爆破,电耙耙矿,电机车运矿工艺,自然崩落顶板充填采空区。通过上下两层矿体同时推进,并同时预留矿体充填采空区,控制矿房放矿量,可达到安全生产的目的,可明显地提高回采率、降低贫化率。 Multi-layer joint mining of steeply inclined ore body has always been a difficult problem in today's world mining engineering.According to the geological occurrence conditions of steeply inclined orebody in Daxin Manganese mine,the technology of multi-layer joint mining of steeply inclined orebody is explored.The design adopts the shallow hole mining method,including shallow hole drilling and blasting,electric rake rake ore,electric locomotive ore transport process,natural caving roof filling and filling area.By advancing the upper and lower ore bodies at the same time,we are reserving the ore body to fill the goaf at the same time to control the ore drawing amount in the ore room.The purpose of safe production can be achieved and the recovery rate can be significantly improved and the dilution rate can be reduced.
