摘要
奶牛酮病是常见的能量代谢疾病之一,通常由产后大量泌乳或糖类等能量物质摄入不足所致能量负平衡而引发,多发于围产后期奶牛。从产生机理角度对酮病进行研究,对治疗酮病并提高奶牛生产性能和繁殖性能,进而减轻奶牛场经济损失具有重要意义。有关奶牛酮病发生机理的研究,经历了从病理性到生理生化水平,再到分子水平几个阶段。本文综述了酮病的发病机理及防治措施。
Ketosis was a kind of metabolic disease which was mainly found in the postnatal period.It was caused by the secretion of large amount of milk and the influence of negative balance of energy.Ketosis could influence the production and the reproductive performance of dairy cow which could bring huge economic costs to Chinese dairy farms,so the dairy industry has paid high attention to ketosis.The study of the mechanism of ketosis in dairy cow has developed from the primitively study of pathologic and physiological and biochemical level to the molecular level.This article summarized the pathogenesis and preventive measures of ketosis.
