摘要
本研究旨在了解乌蒙地区威宁黄牛的大肠杆菌耐药性,从而为临床用药提供参考依据。在威宁县9个乡镇采集黄牛粪便735份,分离得到大肠杆菌菌株672份,分离率91.43%,其中正常粪便中分离到512份,分离率77%,腹泻粪便中分离到160份,分离率高达96%。药敏试验结果显示,在672株大肠杆菌中,磺胺类药物耐药率最为严重,高达55%。通过PCR检测菌株携带的耐药基因和毒力基因,结果显示,喹诺酮类耐药基因qnrA和qnrB的检出率分别是22%和36%;磺胺类耐药基因sul1、sul2和sul3的检出率分别为48%、50%和39%;四环素耐药基因tetM的检出率最低,仅为4%;毒力基因检出率24%,相对其他报道较低。研究结果表明,威宁黄牛大肠杆菌感染较为严重,且菌株耐药性严重,呈现出多重耐药。
The purpose of this study is to find out the antibiotics-resistance of Escherichia coli in cattle from Weining area Guizhou Province,so as to provide a real and effective reference for clinical drug use.A total of 735 cattle feces were collected from 9 towns in Weining county,and 672 E.coli strains were isolated.The drug sensitivity test showed that the sulfonamides drug resistance rate was the most serious,up to 55%.The drug resistance and virulence genes carried by the strain were detected by PCR.The results showed that the detection rates of quinolone resistance genes:qnrA(22%)and qnrB(36%).Sulfonamides resistance genes:sul1,sul2 and sul3 were 48%,50%and 39%,respectively.The detection rate of tetracycline resistance gene was the lowest,tetM(4%).The detection rate of virulence gene was 24%,which was lower than other reports.The results showed that Escherichia coli infection(96%)was serious in Weining.In addition,the strain resistance showed varying degrees of multiple antibiotic resistance.
