挤奶机气压检测在河北省奶牛场应用的效果分析

摘要 挤奶机直接作用于奶牛,其气压的稳定性直接关系到奶牛乳房的健康程度,影响牛奶的质量和安全。通过对河北省56家奶牛场的挤奶机进行气压检测,收集检测前后的数据,分析奶牛乳房炎的感染率和生产性能测定(DHI)关键指标的变化情况,对检测效果进行检验。结果显示,检测后的日产奶量、乳房炎未感染率较检测前分别提高0.92kg/d、1.44个百分点,差异极显著(P<0.01);体细胞数、乳房炎新感染率较检测前分别降低5.76万个/mL、3.1个百分点,差异极显著(P<0.01);乳房炎治愈率较检测前提高1.28个百分点,差异显著(P<0.05)。由结果可知,挤奶机气压检测在河北省奶牛场的应用效果显著,对提高奶牛产奶性能及改善健康状况发挥了重要作用。 The milking machine direct effects on dairy cow,its pressure stability directly relate to the cow’s breasts health and affect the quality and safety of milk.The infection rate of milk cow mastitis and the variation of performance measurement(DHI)key indexes were analyzed by air pressure testing on milking machines in 55 dairy farms in Hebei province.Results show that the daily milk yield were 0.92kg/d higher and non-infection rate were 1.44%lower than those before,respectively,and the differences were extremely significant(P<0.01).The number of somatic cells were 57,600/mL lower and the rate of new infection were 3.1%lower than those before detection that differences were extremely significant(P<0.01).The cure rate was 1.28%higher than that before detection,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).It can be seen from the results that the application effect of air pressure detection on milking machine in Hebei dairy farms is significant,it plays an important role in improving milk performance and health status of dairy cows.
