Exploration of Talent Cultivation Practice in Outstanding Vocational Undergraduate Colleges--Take Quanzhou Vocational and Technical University as an Example

在第四次科技革命呼之欲出,缓解广大人民群众就业焦虑与顺应当前世界职业教育发展趋势的背景下,系统规划和举办职业本科教育势在必行。文章在明确应用型教育的内涵与厘清应用型本科与职业本科的区别之上,总结提炼了泉州职业技术大学在培养“技术人”、“职业人”与“完整人”三级进阶的目标定位下的实践探索,以期为职业本科发展提供鲜活的实证经验和案例参考,为理论研究工作者提供实践层面的新视角。

In the context of the fourth forthcoming revolution of science and technology,alleviating people's employment anxiety and conforming to the current development trend of vocational education in the world,systematic planning and holding of vocational undergraduate education is imperative.Based on clarifying the connotation of applied education and clarifying the difference between applied undergraduates and vocational undergraduates,the article summarizes and refines Quanzhou Vocational and Technical University’s practical exploration under the goal of cultivating"technical people","professional people"and"integrity people",expecting to provide fresh empirical experience and case references for the development of vocational undergraduates,and to provide theoretical researchers with a new perspective on the practical level.
