摘要
教学评价体系是高校思政课质量评估的重要依据,也是推动高校思政课教学改革的重要手段。OBE理念对于提升高校思政课教育评价的质量具有重要意义,它坚持学生为本的育人理念、成果导向的教学评价理念、持续改进的教学改革理念。OBE理念所建构的高校思政课教学过程,包含师生互动的交叉教学、能力导向的教学成果目标、全程育人的网络持续教学等内在意蕴。高校思政课教学OBE评价的基本要素包括学习成果、评价制度和评价指标。构建高校思政课OBE教学评价体系,应当不断完善多元化评价标准、构建生成性评价指标、采用综合性评价方法。
Teaching evaluation system is an important basis for the quality evaluation of ideological and political courses in universities,and also an important means to promote the teaching reform of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.The OBE concept is of great significance for improving the quality of ideological and political course education evaluation in colleges and universities.It adheres to the student-oriented education concept,the achievement-oriented teaching evaluation concept,and the teaching reform concept of continuous improvement.The teaching process of ideological and political courses in universities constructed by OBE concept includes the internal implication of cross-teaching of teacher-student interaction,ability-oriented teaching achievement goal,and network continuous teaching of whole-process education.The basic elements of OBE evaluation of college ideological and political courses include learning achievement,evaluation system and evaluation index.To construct the OBE teaching evaluation system of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,we should improve the diversified evaluation standards,construct the generative evaluation indicators,adopt the comprehensive evaluation method,adhere to the principle of growth evaluation,and improve the compound evaluation mechanism.
