P2混动方案起步控制驾驶性的研究

摘要 文章为传统6AT改装的P2混动方案,B2离合器滑磨控制的难题提供了一种新的解决方案。该方案为了节省成本,没有加P0电机和启动机。所以必须加入B2滑磨功能。针对该款P2变速箱的滑磨起步工况,文章采取了增加B2前期维持压力的办法,解决了B2压力响应性差的问题。通过后期B2压力的精确控制,解决了B2离合器在滑磨区域可控区间窄的问题。目前P2变速箱B2离合器的滑磨控制日趋成熟,提高P2变速箱的控制精度,带来优质的驾驶感受,使P2变速箱搭载有了质的飞跃。 This paper provides a new solution to the problem of P2 hybrid scheme and B2 clutch sliding mill control for the traditional 6AT modification.In order to save cost,P0 motor and starter are not added.Therefore,B2 sliding grinding function must be added.According to the sliding and grinding starting condition of P2 gearbox,this paper adopts the method of increasing B2 pre-maintenance pressure,which solves the problem of poor B2 pressure responsiveness.Through precise control of B2 pressure in the later stage,the problem of narrow controllable range of B2 clutch in sliding wear area was solved.At present,the sliding wear control of B2 clutch of P2 gearbox is becoming more and more mature,which improves the control precision of P2 gearbox,brings high-quality driving experience and makes P2 gearbox carry a qualitative leap.
