摘要 重型越野车辆普遍装载燃油来提供动力源,燃油箱担任储存燃油的任务,由于燃油具有特殊的物理性质,容易受到恶劣环境的影响,遇到明火后极易发生爆炸,对车辆防护安全提出了更高的要求。文章通过对合理加装抑爆材料的燃油箱进行理论分析,依据国家行业标准,制定出验证其防爆性能的试验方案,通过代表性的试验,论证了该重型越野车辆燃油箱的抑爆性能的优异,能够有效减少二次杀伤力,提高了装备和人员生存能力。 Heavy off-road vehicles are commonly loaded with liquid fuel, the fuel tank is responsible for storing fuel, due to special physical properties of liquid fuel, susceptible to the harsh environment, easy to explode when face to open flame, put forward higher requirements for vehicle safety. The paper by doing theoretical analysis to fuel tank which reasonable filling of explosion-proof, according to national industry standards, develops a test plan to verify its explosion-proof performance. Demonstrating the excellent explosion performance of the fuel tank of the heavy off-road vehicle through representative test, which could effectively reduce secondary lethality, improves on-site survivability of equipment and personnel.
