道路运输车辆一直是我国运输管理部门工作的重要对象,其初检合格率是检验道路运输车辆综合性能,构建良好道路运输车辆安全运营生态最直接、有效的技术指标。文章立足于道路运输车辆技术指标分析结果,获得对当前道路运输车辆技术检验方法、方向改进具有参考价值的分析结果;构建一种以数据分析为基础的道路运输车辆管理优化理论方法,为构建新形势下管理理论体系提供一种理论探索实践,同时提升车辆运营管理效率、提高运输车辆安全性,降低事故率,构建新业态下运营技术及管理理论提供数据依据。
