阿司匹林肠溶片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗脑梗死恢复期的疗效

Efficacy of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of convalescent stage of cerebral infarction

目的探讨对脑梗死恢复期患者分别采用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗和阿司匹林肠溶片联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的临床效果。方法50例脑梗死恢复期患者,依据数字表分组法分为单一组和联合组,各25例。单一组给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,联合组给予阿托伐他汀钙片联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗。比较两组治疗前后Barthel指数、美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组Barthel指数均较本组治疗前升高,且联合组Barthel指数(67.92±3.12)分高于单一组的(56.88±3.20)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均较本组治疗前下降,且联合组NIHSS评分(3.87±2.12)分低于单一组的(8.44±2.73)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率96.00%高于单一组的72.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死恢复期采用阿托伐他汀钙片与阿司匹林肠溶片联合治疗能有效改善患者神经功能缺损情况,利于生活自理能力和治疗效果提升,具有一定临床推广和应用价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of convalescent stage of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 50 patients with cerebral infarction at convalescent stage were divided into single group and combined group according to random numerical table,with 25 cases in each group.The single group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the combined group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets and aspirin enteric-coated tablets.The Barthel index and National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score before and after treatment,and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Barthel index of the two groups were higher than that of this group before treatment,and the Barthel index(67.92±3.12)points of the combined group was higher than(56.88±3.20)points of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and NIHSS score(3.87±2.12)points of the combined group was lower than(8.44±2.73)points of the single group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 96.00%,which was higher than 72.00%in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of atorvastatin calcium tablets and aspirin enteric-coated tablets can effectively improve the neurological deficit of patients with cerebral infarction at convalescent stage,improve the self-care ability and treatment effect,which has certain clinical promotion and application value.
