摘要 目的探究多排螺旋CT与磁共振(MR)诊断胰腺癌患者的临床价值。方法61例胰腺癌患者,均使用多排螺旋CT与MR诊断。比较两种方法的诊断准确率及三期(胰腺静脉期、动脉期、延迟期)显示值。结果MR诊断准确57例,诊断准确率为93.44%,误诊4例,误诊率为6.56%;多排螺旋CT诊断准确53例,诊断准确率为86.89%,误诊率8例,误诊率为13.11%。两种方法的诊断准确率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MR诊断的胰腺静脉期、动脉期、延迟期显示值为(67.83±11.42)、(122.45±12.39)、(69.88±10.40)Hu,均高于多排螺旋CT的(51.32±11.19)、(105.44±12.33)、(55.10±10.42)Hu,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用MR诊断胰腺癌患者临床价值显著,值得在疾病诊断过程中推广使用,为疾病治疗方案制定奠定基础。 Objective To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT and magnetic resonance(MR)in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.Methods 61 cases of pancreatic cancer were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT and MR respectively.The diagnostic accuracy and three phases(pancreatic venous phase,arterial phase,and delayed phase)displayed values were compared between the two methods.Results MR diagnosis was accurate in 57 cases,with a diagnostic accuracy rate of 93.44%and misdiagnosed in 4 cases,with a misdiagnosis rate of 6.56%;multi-slice spiral CT was accurate in 53 cases,with a diagnostic accuracy rate of 86.89%,and misdiagnosed in 8 cases,with a misdiagnosis rate of 13.11%.There was no statistically significant difference between the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods(P>0.05).The displayed values of MR diagnosis at pancreatic venous phase,arterial phase,and delayed phase were(67.83±11.42),(122.45±12.39),(69.88±10.40)Hu,which were higher than(51.32±11.19),(105.44±12.33),(55.10±10.42)Hu of multi-slice spiral CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MR has significant clinical value in diagnosing patients with pancreatic cancer,and it is worthy of promotion in the process of disease diagnosis,so as to lay a foundation for the formulation of disease treatment plans.
