多模态M型超声在胎儿心律失常诊断中的应用价值研究

Application value of multimodal M-mode ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal arrhythmia

目的针对当前多模态M型超声在胎儿心律失常诊断中的应用开展深入分析,判断多模态M型超声诊断在临床上的价值。方法80例疑似胎儿心律失常的孕妇,给予其多模态M型超声诊断检查以及胎儿出生后的综合诊断检查,分析多模态M型超声诊断对孕妇胎儿心律失常诊断的特异性、灵敏性、准确率。结果多模态M型超声诊断胎儿心律失常的特异性为66.67%(6/9),灵敏性为97.18%(69/71),准确率为93.75%(75/80)。结论疑似胎儿心律失常的孕妇行多模态M型超声诊断取得了更为理想临床诊断结局,此诊断方式适用于胎儿心律失常的临床诊断,可以在早期发现孕妇病情,进一步为孕妇争取到及时治疗与护理措施,降低妊娠风险。

Objective To analyze the application of multimodal M-mode ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal arrhythmia,and judge the clinical value of multimodal M-mode ultrasound.Methods 80 patients with suspected fetal arrhythmia were given multimodal M-mode ultrasound diagnostic examination and comprehensive diagnostic examination after the birth of the fetus,and the specificity,sensitivity,and accuracy of multimodal M-mode ultrasound in the diagnosis of arrhythmia of fetuses were analyzed.Results The specificity of multimodal M-mode ultrasound for the diagnosis of fetal arrhythmias was 66.67%(6/9),the sensitivity was 97.18%(69/71),and the accuracy was 93.75%(75/80).Conclusion Multimodal M-mode ultrasound diagnosis of patients suspected of fetal arrhythmia has achieved a more ideal clinical diagnosis outcome.This diagnosis method is suitable for clinical diagnosis of fetal arrhythmia,which can find the condition of patients in the early stage,further strive for timely treatment and nursing measures for patients,and reduce the risk of pregnancy.
