关节镜手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的临床疗效

The clinical efficacy of arthroscopic surgery on meniscus injury of knee joint

目的分析关节镜手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的临床疗效。方法68例膝关节半月板损伤患者,随机分为关节镜手术组与对照组,各34例。对照组给予膝关节半月板全切除手术治疗,关节镜手术组给予关节镜手术治疗。比较两组治疗前后的相关评分、治疗优良率、并发症发生率。结果治疗后,关节镜手术组膝关节疼痛评分(1.23±0.21)分低于对照组的(2.67±0.45)分,膝关节功能Lysholm评分(93.56±4.64)分、简明健康量表评分(89.56±7.64)分高于对照组的(83.21±2.67)、(82.21±5.34)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。关节镜手术组治疗优良率100.00%高于对照组的73.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。关节镜手术组并发症发生率23.53%低于对照组的2.94%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜手术治疗对膝关节半月板损伤患者具有较高的价值,可有效改善膝关节功能,缓解膝关节疼痛,减少并发症的发生,促进患者生活质量水平的提高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic surgery on meniscus injury of knee joint.Methods A total of 68 patients with meniscus injury of knee joint were randomly divided into arthroscopic surgery group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with total meniscus resection,and the arthroscopic surgery group was treated with arthroscopic surgery.Both groups were compared in terms of the related scores before and after treatment,excellent treatment rate,and complication rate.Results After treatment,the knee joint pain score(1.23±0.21)points of the arthroscopic surgery group was lower than(2.67±0.45)points of the control group,and the Lysholm knee score(93.56±4.64)points and the concise health scale score(89.56±7.64)points were higher than(83.21±2.67)and(82.21±5.34)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent treatment rate 100.00%in the arthroscopic surgery group was higher than 73.53%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 23.53%of the arthroscopic surgery group was lower than 2.94%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic surgery has a high value for patients with meniscus injury of knee joint,which can effectively improve the function of knee joint,relieve knee pain,reduce complications,promote the improvement of patients’quality of life,and it is worth popularizing.
