不同口腔修复方法治疗前磨牙重度楔状缺损的效果

Effect of different prosthodontics on severe wedge-shaped defects of premolars

目的分析不同口腔修复方法治疗前磨牙重度楔状缺损的效果。方法98例前磨牙重度楔状缺损患者,根据抽签法分为研究组(33例)、观察组(33例)和对照组(32例)。对照组患者选择常规修复方式进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上配合纤维桩与全冠修复进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上配合纤维桩与复合树脂填充修复治疗。比较三组患者的修复成功率。结果研究组的修复成功率为93.94%,观察组的修复成功率为87.88%,均高于对照组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组和观察组的修复成功率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论纤维桩配合全冠修复及复合树脂填充修复均对前磨牙重度楔状缺损有较好的治疗效果。纤维桩配合全冠修复患者的牙齿修复成功率最高,达到了理想的临床效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of different prosthodontics on severe wedge-shaped defects of premolars.Methods A total of 98 patients with severe wedge-shaped defects of premolars were divided into research group(33 cases),observation group(33 cases)and control group(32 cases)according to lottery method.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional restorations,patients in the research group were treated with fiber post and full-crown restorations on the basis of the control group,and patients in the observation group were treated with fiber post and composite resin restorations on the basis of the control group.The success rate of restoration of the three groups were compared.Results The success rate of restoration in the research group and the observation group were 93.94%and 87.88%,which was higher than 62.50%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the success rate of restoration between the research group and the observation group(P>0.05).Conclusion Fiber post in combination with full-crown restorations or composite resin filling restoration has good results in the treatment of severe wedge-shaped defects of premolars.Fiber post in combination with full-crown restorations provides ideal clinical results with the highest success rate of dental restoration,which is worthy of promotion and application.
