突发脑卒中患者急诊急救救治要点及效果分析

Key points of emergency treatment for patients with sudden cerebral apoplexy

目的探究突发脑卒中患者的急诊急救救治要点及临床效果。方法72例突发脑卒中患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各36例。观察组采取急诊急救救治,对照组采取常规救治。比较两组救治时间、病死率、致残率、生活质量。结果观察组确诊到专科治疗时间(25.36±4.41)min、接诊到确诊时间(17.61±1.92)min均短于对照组的(46.73±5.69)、(29.82±2.15)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的病死率2.78%低于对照组的19.44%,致残率16.67%低于对照组的38.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的社会、躯体、环境、心理、综合评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对突发脑卒中患者采用急诊急救救治方式,可显著提升患者疾病的救治成功率,安全性较高,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the key points and clinical effect of emergency treatment for patients with sudden cerebral apoplexy.Methods A total of 72 patients with sudden cerebral apoplexy were divided into observation group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group received emergency treatment,and the control group received conventional treatment.The treatment time,case-fatality rate,disability rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The time from diagnosis to specialist treatment(25.36±4.41)min and the time from reception to diagnosis(17.61±1.92)min in the observation group were shorter than(46.73±5.69)and(29.82±2.15)min in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The case-fatality rate 2.78%of the observation group was lower than 19.44%of the control group,and the disability rate 16.67%was lower than 38.89%of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The social,physical,environmental,psychological,and comprehensive scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with sudden cerebral apoplexy,the use of emergency treatment can significantly improve the success rate of disease treatment with higher safety and better clinical application value.
