异叶茴芹提取物药用功效的研究

摘要 目的研究异叶茴芹提取物对模型小鼠的抗炎、耐缺氧性、免疫功能的影响。方法选取42只健康小鼠,随机分为异叶茴芹提取物组、生理盐水对照组、地塞米松组,每组14只;所有小鼠注射角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀,注射冰乙酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性改变,分析异叶茴芹粗提物对角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀抑制率和冰乙酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响。另选56只昆明种小鼠,随机分为高、中、低浓度组(总黄酮生药量分别为1.67 g/ml、0.83 g/ml、0.42 g/ml)和空白对照组(等体积的生理盐水),每组14只;分析异叶茴芹提取物对小鼠耐缺氧性和免疫功能的影响。结果异叶茴芹提取物组和生理盐水组的肿胀度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);地塞米松组的肿胀度显著低于生理盐水组和异叶茴芹提取物组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);异叶茴芹提取物组肿胀抑制率显著低于地塞米松组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。地塞米松组OD值低于生理盐水组,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);异叶茴芹提取物组OD值高于生理盐水组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中浓度组、低浓度组的死亡时间与空白对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高浓度组的死亡时间略高于空白对照组,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中浓度组脾脏指数显著高于空白对照组、高浓度组、低浓度组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。空白对照组脾脏指数显著低于高浓度组、中浓度组、低浓度组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在胸腺指数中,高浓度组小鼠的胸腺指数最高,其次为低浓度组、空白对照组,中浓度最低,但组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异叶茴芹提取物的抗炎、提高耐缺氧性等方面的功效有限,有必要纯化后进一步实验探究。 Objective To study the effect of extracts from Pimpinella diversifolia on the antiinflammatory,hypoxia tolerance and immune function of model mice.Methods A total of 42 healthy mice were selected and randomly divided into Pimpinella diversifolia extract group,saline group and dexamethasone group,with 14 mice in each group.All mice were injected with carrageenin to cause foot swelling and glacial acetic acid to cause changes in capillary permeability in the abdominal cavity of mice.The effects of crude extract from Pimpinella diversifolia on the inhibition rate of foot swelling caused by carrageenin and the capillary permeability in the abdominal cavity caused by glacial acetic acid in mice were analyzed.Another 56 Kunming mice were selected and randomly divided into high,medium and low concentration groups(1.67 g/ml,0.83 g/ml and 0.42 g/ml of total flavonoids crude drugs)and blank control group(equal volume of saline),with 14 mice in each group.The effect of extracts from Pimpinella diversifolia on hypoxia tolerance and immune function in mice was analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in swelling degree between Pimpinella diversifolia extract group and normal saline group(P>0.05).The swelling degree of the dexamethasone group was significantly lower than that of the saline group and the Pimpinella diversifolia extract group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The swelling inhibition rate in the Pimpinella diversifolia extract group was significantly lower than that in the dexamethasone group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).OD value of the dexamethasone group was lower than that of the saline group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).OD value of the Pimpinella diversifolia extract group was higher than that of the saline group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time to death in the medium and low concentration groups was not statistically significant compared with the blank control group(P>0.05).The time to death in the high concentration group was slightly higher than that in the blank control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The spleen index of the medium concentration group was significantly higher than that of the blank control group,the high concentration group and the low concentration group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The spleen index of the blank control group was significantly lower than that of the high,medium and low concentration groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the thymus index,the thymus index of mice in the high concentration group was the highest,followed by the low concentration group and the blank control group,and the medium concentration group was the lowest,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The anti-inflammatory and anoxia tolerance effects of extracts from Pimpinella diversifolia are limited,so further studies are needed after purification of extracts.
