北京老城胡同街巷的适老性设计建议——以崇雍大街改造设计为例

北京人口老龄化现象显著,二环以内的老城区尤其突出。北京的胡同街巷多为历史街巷,形成时间较早,但是目前其通行空间不安全、标识标牌可识别性差、公共空间舒适性不足、记忆节点丧失等问题突出,影响了老年人安全、舒适的出行环境。本文以北京崇雍大街改造设计为例,探讨北京老城胡同街巷中适老化设计的改造策略,为相关街巷改造提供参考。

The aging phenomenon is obvious in Beijing,and especially prominent in the old city within the second ring road.The streets and Hutongs are the products of a long history,there are obvious problems including the safety of passing space,the identifiability of street signs,the amenity of public space,the landmarks disappear on the safe travel for the aged.This paper attempts to take the renovation of the Chongyong street as an example,discusses street design strategy for the aged in the old city of Beijing Hutongs,which could provide a reference for the related renovation of Hutongs.
