文旅特色小镇产业培育中的旅居养老发展路径探索——以云南丽江长江第一湾石鼓特色小镇为例

在我国老龄化进程加快的背景下,随着养老产业与旅游产业不断融合,衍生发展出“旅居养老”这一新兴业态。本文梳理了旅居养老的概念界定与主要发展模式,解析了文旅特色小镇产业培育与旅居养老发展的相互关系。并以云南丽江石鼓特色小镇总体规划为例,探索文旅特色小镇在产业培育中的旅居养老发展路径:以深化整合文化旅游资源与养生资源为核心思路,立足融合发展模式、培育创新业态、打造引擎项目、营造旅居环境等四个方面。

In the context of accelerating the aging process in China,with the continuous integration of the elderly care industry and the tourism industry,the emerging business format of"travel,living and health care for the elderly"has been developed.This paper reviews the concept definition and development model of travel,living and health care for the elderlyt,analyzes the relationship between the Characteristic Town industry and the development of"travel,living and health care for the elderly".Taking the overall planning of Shigu Characteristic Town of Lijiang,Yunnan Province as an example,this paper explores the development path of“living and health care for the elderly”in Characteristic Towns in industrial cultivation——with the core idea of deepening the integration of cultural tourism resources and health care resources,and based on four aspects:integrating development models,cultivating innovative business forms,building engine projects,and creating a living environment.
