宁德中心城区主要干道交叉口优化改造设计——以闽东路-福宁路口为例

针对当前宁德中心城区主要干道交叉口存在高峰期路口拥堵、汽摩混行无序状况,影响路口通行能力及交通安全问题,以闽东路-福宁路口为例,开展宁德中心城区闽东路交叉口优化改造设计研究。通过主要交叉口渠化改造设计、交叉口的交通基础设施建设优化,按近远期方式提出一种全新的改造方案。通过将改造前后该路口的通行情况对比得出,改造后交叉口通行能力、排队长度、延误时间等运行指标均有所改善,交通拥堵状况得到缓解,同时规范汽车与摩托车行驶秩序,降低路口交通事故率。

Taking Funing intersection of Mindong road as an example,the optimization and reconstruction design of Mindong Road intersection in Ningde downtown area is carried out in view of the current situation of intersection congestion as well as disorderly mixed traffic of motor vehicles and motorcycles in peak hours,which affect the intersection capacity and traffic safety.Through the channelization reconstruction design of main intersections and the optimization of traffic infrastructure construction of intersections,a new reconstruction scheme is put forward in both the near and long term.By comparing the traffic conditions of the intersection before and after the reconstruction,it is concluded that the operation indexes such as traffic capacity,queue length,delay time and other operating indicators of the intersection have been improved,the traffic congestion has been alleviated,the driving order of cars and motorcycles has been standardized,and the traffic accident rate at the intersection has been reduced.
