Application of A New Device for Heating-up of Side-blown Furnace

通过分析侧吹还原炉的结构特点及炉内耐火材料特性,结合烘炉过程中燃料的利用效率,提出一种新的侧吹还原炉烘炉装置。该装置能够有效提高侧吹还原炉烘炉效率,减少对侧吹还原炉炉体及炉内耐火材料的损害,延长侧吹还原炉使用寿命。

By analyzing the structural characteristics and refractory characteristics of side blowing reduction furnace,combined with the utilization efficiency of fuel in the drying process,a new drying device of side blowing reduction furnace is proposed.The device can effectively improve the drying efficiency of the side blowing reduction furnace,reduce the damage to the furnace body and refractory materials in the furnace,and prolong the service life of the side blowing reduction furnace.
