摘要
某厂新建1套年产60 kt阳极铜生产系统,设计方案为利用现有厂房新增1台生产能力为250 t的NGL炉及1台采用机器人进行阳极板输送的新型圆盘浇铸机。通过对该设计方案布置特点、工艺流程以及主要经济技术指标的分析,得到NGL炉+新型圆盘浇铸机方案生产效率高、能耗低、环保好、装备水平高的结论。
A new 60 kt/a anode copper production system is built in a plant,and a new NGL furnace with a single furnace production capacity of 250 t and a new disc casting machine with robot anode plate conveying are added by using the existing plant.Through the analysis of the design scheme characteristics,project process flow and main economic and technical indicators,it is proved that NGL furnace+new disc casting machine scheme has high production efficiency,low energy consumption,good environmental protection and high equipment level.
