概述了微波加热技术的工作原理,详细介绍了微波技术在冶金工程中对物料进行干燥处理、对金属材料加热烧结、以及促进碳热还原等方面的应用,分析了该技术工业化程度有限的原因,并对微波加热技术的发展提出了展望。
This paper briefly describes the working principle of microwave technology,introduces the current application of microwave technology in drying materials,heating and sintering metal materials and promoting carbothermal reduction reaction in metallurgical engineering,analyses the reasons for the limited industrialization of this technology,prospects the application of microwave heating technology.
