摘要
为消除ISA法铜电解工艺中不锈钢阴极板容易产生不良形变的缺陷,设计了一种基于PLC、编码器和变频器等组成的阴极板矫直机电气控制系统,可对不同程度形变的不锈钢阴极板板面进行矫直处理。实践证明,该控制系统方案合理可行,稳定性好,经矫直处理后的不锈钢阴极板满足ISA法铜电解生产工艺要求。
In order to eliminate the defect of bad deformation of stainless steel cathode plate in ISA copper electrolysis process,an electrical control system of cathode plate straightener based on PLC,encoder and frequency converter is designed,which can straighten the surface of stainless steel cathode plate with different degrees of deformation.The practice shows that the control system scheme is reasonable and feasible,and the stability is good.The straightened stainless steel cathode plate meets the requirements of ISA copper electrolysis production process.
