Discussion on the Compilation of Investment Estimation of Industrial Technological Transformation Projects

技改项目与新建工程项目相比存在一定的复杂性和多变性,投资估算编制的难度随之增加。结合某铜冶炼厂改造项目,针对技改项目中特有的拆除工程、利旧工程以及施工过程中的一些特殊措施进行投资估算,总结了技改项目投资估算编制的特点及要求。

Compared with new construction projects,technical transformation projects have certain complexity and variability,which increases the difficulty of investment estimation.Combined with the reconstruction project of a copper smelter,the investment estimation is carried out for the unique demolition works,old projects and some special measures in the construction process of the technical transformation project,and the characteristics and requirements of the preparation of the investment estimation of the technical transformation project are summarized.
