新型清水剂在海上聚驱油田的应用

摘要 随着海上三次采油的全面展开,在油田产出液中含有大量聚丙烯酰胺,投加传统阳离子清水剂后,会在油田产出液中与部分水解聚丙烯酰胺发生反应,既影响清水剂的清水效果,又降低了聚合物溶液的粘度,形成不溶于水的粘弹性的絮状物,聚合物析出导致设备及管线堵塞,设备有效容积减少且故障率高,严重影响生产流程的正常运行,同时也为注水水质的达标带来困扰,进入地层后会降低岩石渗透率。本文结合现场实际,致力于寻找针对含聚产出液治理的新型清水剂,在保证外输含水的前提下,提高注水水质,同时降低含聚污油水对现场设备的影响,为海上聚驱油田污水处理提供了新的技术支持和实践指导。
