大断面连铸坯碳元素偏析控制

摘要 分析了圆坯连铸工艺的特点及圆坯碳元素分布特征,并对碳元素偏析形成原因进行分析和讨论。结合圆坯连铸的工艺特点和设备条件,从浇铸钢水过热度、连铸冷却制度两个方面提出了优化措施,并进行了工业试验,结晶器电磁搅拌电流控制在300 A左右、浇铸钢水过热度控制在25℃左右、比水量控制在0.20~0.22 L/kg能够有效地改善大断面圆坯碳元素偏析。 The characteristics of continuous casting process for round billet and distribution of carbon element in round billet are analyzed as well as the causes of carbon segregation are analyzed and discussed.The optimum measures are put forward from such two aspects as degree of superheat of molten steel and cooling regime of continuous casting combining with the technological characteristics and equipment condition of continuous casting for round billet.Moreover,the industrial test results showed that the carbon segregation in round billet with large section could be effectively improved when the current of mold electromagnetic stirring was controlled at around 300 A,degree of superheat of molten steel was controlled at around 25℃and specific water flow was controlled at 0.20~0.22 L/kg.
