摘要
针对大直径连轧机组三段式芯棒表面“掉肉”和螺栓连接处断裂两种失效问题,通过控制芯棒冷却效果、调整石墨润滑层厚度、降低最大直径芯棒轧制特薄壁钢管的延伸系数、在连轧机的伺服系统设计“芯棒躲避”功能、在连接杆和工作段接缝处添加垫片组等措施解决了芯棒表面“掉肉”和断裂问题,提高了芯棒的使用寿命,芯棒使用成本降低8%左右。
The problems of misrun on surface of three-section mandrel for large diameter continuous rolling mill and fracture at joint of bolt are solved through such measures as controlling the cooling effect of mandrel,adjusting the thickness of lubricating layer of graphite,reducing the coefficient of elongation for rolling ultra-thin-wall steel pipe with maximum diameter mandrel,designing the function of“mandrel avoidance”in servo system of continuous rolling mill and adding gasket unit at the joint of connecting rod and working section so that the service life of mandrel is significantly improved and the use cost of mandrel is reduced by about 8%.
