城市信息模型(CIM)的建设思考

Thoughts on the Construction of City Information Model(CIM)

随着智慧城市建设的推进,CIM作为数据基础,逐渐成为城市建设的热点。文章重点对当前CIM建设情况进行总结梳理,结合行业建设现状,分析CIM建设在数据针对性、数据互通、标准建设、重复建设等方面存在的问题,并从需求梳理、标准先行、平台支撑、生态建设、业务应用等方面提出了相应的建设思考。文章认为,数字孪生和大数据是CIM建设的两项核心支持技术,并针对两项技术对CIM的具体支持内容进行了讨论,以期为行业的建设发展提供参考。

With the development of smart city construction,city information model(CIM),as the basis of data,has gradually become the focus of urban construction.This paper focuses on summary of the current situation of CIM construction,and in the light of the current situation of industry construction,analyzes the problems existing in data pertinence,data exchange,standard construction,repeated construction and other aspects of CIM construction.Then,this paper puts forward the corresponding construction conception from the aspects of demand carding,standard first,platform support,ecological construction,business application and so on.This paper thinks that digital twin and big data are the two core supporting technologies of CIM construction,and discusses the specific supporting content of CIM for the two technologies,in order to provide reference for the construction and development of the industry.
