海洋环境下舰船类液压设备的防腐技术分析

随着社会经济的高速发展以及群众生活水平的不断提升,社会各界对于海洋环境的重视程度正在不断提升,海洋当中蕴含着各种各样的资源,对于人类的资源探索有着十分重要的意义,这也使得多个国家加大了对于海洋资源的探索力度。然而由于海洋自身的特殊性,其对于液压设备有着更高的要求,这也使得各种舰船类液压设备很容易产生腐蚀等严重问题,很难在海洋中完成既定工作。因此,文章首先对舰船类液压设备腐蚀危害以及防腐意义加以明确;其次对海洋环境腐蚀特殊性以及对液压设备的要求展开深入分析;在此基础上,提出海洋环境下舰船类液压设备的具体防腐技术。

With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's daily living standards,people from all walks of life are paying more and more attention to the marine environment,which not only contains all kinds of resources in the ocean.It is also of great significance to the exploration of human resources as a whole,which also makes many countries in the world strengthen the exploration of marine resources,but in the marine environment.Due to the particularity of the ocean itself,it has higher requirements for hydraulic equipment,which makes all kinds of warship hydraulic equipment easy to produce serious problems such as corrosion,and it is difficult to complete the established work in the ocean.Therefore,firstly,this paper makes clear the harm of corrosion and the significance of anticorrosion for warship hydraulic equipment;secondly,it makes an in-depth analysis of the particularity of marine environment corrosion and the requirements for hydraulic equipment.On this basis,the specific anti-corrosion technology of warship hydraulic equipment in marine environment is put forward.
