术中放疗辅助手术治疗进展期结肠癌的作用分析

Analysis of the role of intraoperative Radiotherapy plus Surgery in the Treatment of Advanced Colon Cancer

目的分析和研究进展期结肠癌在手术治疗过程中实施术中放疗的临床辅助效果和作用。方法本次随机择选106例2016年1月至2020年1月在河南省濮阳市南乐县人民医院普外科进行手术治疗的进展期结肠癌患者作为研究对象。按照不同治疗方法分组:对照组不进行术中放疗(单纯手术治疗),观察组行术中放疗辅助治疗,比较两组的近期疗效、并发症、生存率以及复发率等情况。结果观察组在治疗有效率、生存率及临床满意度均高于对照组,并发症率、复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论进展期结肠癌患者应用术中放疗进行手术辅助治疗的效果良好,并发症和复发率少,生存率高,具有临床应用的价值。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of intraoperative radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced colon cancer.Methods A total of 106 patients with advanced colon cancer who underwent surgery from January 2016 to January 2020 in the department of general surgery of Nanle county people’s hospital in Puyang city,Henan province were selected randomly.The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods:the control group was not treated with intraoperative radiotherapy(only operation),the observation group was treated with intraoperative radiotherapy plus surgery,and the short-term curative effect,complications,survival rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate,survival rate and clinical satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the complication rate and recurrence rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative radiotherapy is effective in the treatment of advanced colon cancer,with less complication and recurrence,and high survival rate.It has clinical value.
