重度烧伤患者炎性因子与T淋巴细胞水平的相关性研究

目的研究重度烧伤患者炎性因子与T淋巴细胞水平的相关性。方法选择2020年1月至2021年1月在郑州市第一人民医院进行治疗的43例重度烧伤患者作为研究对象纳入观察组,同期选取43例到院体检的健康者纳入对照组。分别采用免疫荧光法、单克隆抗体分析法对两组炎性因子指标[C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)]以及T淋巴细胞水平(NK、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))进行测定,对重度烧伤患者CRP、TNF水平与NK、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平的相关性进行分析。结果与健康者相比,重度烧伤患者CRP、TNF水平较高,NK、CD4^(+)水平低于健康者,CD8^(+)水平与健康者相比较高(P<0.05)。43例重度烧伤患者CRP、TNF水平与NK、CD4^(+)水平均呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05),与CD8^(+)水平呈正相关(0<r<1,P<0.05)。结论重度烧伤患者机体T淋巴细胞免疫功能会受到持续性抑制,其体内炎症反应随免疫功能的退化而不断增强;联合分析免疫功能以及炎性因子水平变化对于临床重度烧伤患者病情监测及相关治疗的顺利开展具有重要意义。

Objective To study the relationship between inflammatory factors and t lymphocyte in patients with severe burn.Methods 43 patients with severe burn who were treated in the first people’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2020 to January 2020 were selected as the study group,and 43 healthy patients who were examined at the same time were selected as the control group.The inflammatory factor indexes[C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF)]and T lymphocyte levels(NK,CD4^(+),CD8^(+))of the two groups were measured by immunofluorescence method and monoclonal antibody analysis,the correlation between CRP,TNF and NK,CD4^(+),CD8^(+)in severe burn patients was analyzed.Results Compared with healthy subjects,the levels of CRP and TNF were higher,NK and CD4^(+)were lower,and the levels of CD8^(+)were higher(P<0.05).In 43 severe burn patients,the levels of CRP and TNF were negatively correlated with NK and CD4^(+)(r<0,P<0.05),and positively correlated with CD8^(+)(0<r<1,P<0.05).Conclusion The immune function of T lymphocyte in severely burned patients is continuously suppressed,and the inflammatory reaction in the body increases with the degeneration of the immune function.It is important to analyze the changes of immune function and inflammatory factors for clinical monitoring and treatment of severe burn patients.
