低强度激光与骨微穿孔术对大鼠正畸牙移动的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨低强度激光与骨微穿孔术对正畸牙齿移动的影响。方法选择SD大鼠60只,随机分组,分别为:激光照射合并加力组(LLL)、骨微穿孔术合并加力组(MOPs)、骨微穿孔术联合激光照射合并加力组(联合)以及对照组。建模后不同时间点每组处死3只实验动物(1、3、5、7、14 d)。分别在模型建立成功前后,测定牙移动距离,以大鼠上颌骨为材料制备切片。结果联合组大鼠牙移动量在建模第5天时即明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。在第14天,各组牙移动量均显著高于对照组,其中LLL组显著性为P<0.05,MOPs组显著性为P<0.01,联合组显著性为P<0.001。组织学观察显示联合组出现骨吸收的时间较其他组提前,且能维持较长时间活跃的骨改建。结论低强度激光照射、骨微穿孔术对正畸牙移动均有加速作用,且二者联合应用较单用激光照射效果更好。 Objective To investigate the effect of low-intensity laser and bone micro-osteoperforation on orthodontic tooth movement.Methods Sixty SD rats were selected and randomly grouped into:laser irradiation combined with force(LLL),bone micro-osteoperforation combined with force(MOPs),bone micro-osteoperforation combined with laser irradiation and force(combined)and control groups.Three experimental animals in each group were executed 1,3,5,7,and 14 days after modeling.The tooth movement distances were measured before and after the successful establishment of the model,respectively.Sections were prepared from the rat maxilla.Results The tooth movement distance of rats in the combined group was greater than that in control group 5 days after modeling.Fourteen days after modeling,the tooth movement distance was higher in all groups than that in control group.Histological observations showed that bone resorption occurred earlier in the combined group than that in the other groupsand active bone remodeling was maintained for a longer period of time.Conclusion Low-intensity laser irradiation of empty bone micro-osteoperforation has an accelerating effect on both orthodontic tooth movement,and the combined application of these two ways has a synergistic effect.
