The European Union is one of the most attractive regions for immigrants in the world,resulting in subsequent irregular immigration.Though EU has a long-standing practice in the return of illegal immigrants,returning them remains a headache.The situation in Europe has been complicated in recent years,and the European refugee crisis has made the problem of illegal immigrants even more prominent.In this regard,the EU has gradually explored a unique path for international cooperation to promote the return of illegal immigrants,that is,improving the efficiency of returning illegal immigrants through such policies as cooperation with a third country and readmission,which have resulted in positive outcome,providing enlightenment for solving the problem of returning illegal immigrants.
