扩大对外开放背景下边境社区警务工作研究

Border Community Policing under the Background of Further Opening-up Policy

随着我国对外开放不断扩大,边境社区警务工作面临着人财物流动规模增大、涉外法律规范滞后与缺位、社区警务工作队伍不适应新情况、边境社区警务工作含“科”量不足等新问题。提出边境社区警务工作紧密联系群众,完善涉边法律体系,加强边境社区警务工作队伍建设,提升科技应用率等对策。

As China opens wider to the outside world,the border community policing work is faced with new challenges:the increasing mobility of people and property,the lag and absence of foreign-related laws and regulations,the insufficient application of the high tech and the community policing team unable to adapt to the new situations.Aimed at the above problems,this paper proposes strengthening efforts to bring police and the public close together,to improve the foreign-related laws and regulations,to build the community policing team,and to increase the application rate of science and technology.
