公安院校思想政治教育生态系统建构研究

Research on the Construction of Ideological and Political Education Ecosystem in Public Security Colleges and Universities

公安院校思想政治教育生态系统相比一般高校在教育环体、教育介体、教育主体和教育客体上都具有许多特殊性,从生态学视角诊疗公安院校思想政治教育系统,发现存在着一些问题。从树立大生态系统的教育理念、创建协同教育机制、创造多维镶嵌的生态环境、关注种群的适应性和多样性、关注群落的边缘性和演替、在每个子系统中拓展体验空间等方面建构新时代公安院校思想政治教育生态系统。

Compared with the general ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the ideological and political education ecosystem in public security colleges and universities has many particularities in the educational environment,educational medium,educational subject and object.From the perspective of ecology,we find that there are many problems in the ideological and political education system of public security colleges and universities.This paper tries to set up the educational idea of large ecological system by establishing the cooperative educational mechanism,and creating a multi-dimensional mosaic ecological environment,paying attention to the adaptability and diversity of the population,focusing on the edge and succession of the community,and expanding the experience space in each subsystem.
