摘要
立式热虹吸再沸器是化工生产过程中使用广泛的实现液体汽化的重要设备,其结构参数繁多,需要考虑的因素较多,设计难度大。以某甲醇回收项目为例,在考虑汽化率、静压头、污垢热阻及再沸器进出口管道压降的情况下,使用流程模拟软件Aspen EDR,设计并校核了2台满足操作要求的立式热虹吸再沸器。结果表明:2台换热器的设计参数均在建议参数范围内或相差较小,说明设计合理。该设计思路可为其他立式热虹吸再沸器设计提供参考。
Vertical thermosiphon reboiler is important equipment widely used in chemical production to realize liquid vaporization.It has various structure parameters,and there are many factors to be considered in design.Taking a methanol recovery project as an example,this paper uses Aspen EDR to design and check two vertical thermosiphon reboilers satisfying the operation requirements while taking the vaporization rate,static pressure head,fouling thermal resistance and pressure drop of inlet and outlet pipelines of the reboiler into consideration.The results show that the design parameters of the two heat exchangers are within the recommended range or with little difference,so the design is reasonable.The design idea of this paper can provide reference for the design of other vertical thermosiphon reboilers.
