摘要
全球经济一体化背景下,国内市场有限,国有企业要想获得长远发展,必须要走出国门,跟世界一流企业同台竞争。想要在世界舞台上赢得一个席位,就必须转变曾经农耕社会遗留下来的粗放型管理方式,向管理要效益。文章以采购为出发点,分析了国有企业采购的现状及问题,提出精细化采购理念,旨在提高国有企业采购的质量和效率,促进国有企业采购的发展。
Under the background of global economic integration,the domestic market is limited.To achieve long-term development,state-owned enterprises must go abroad and compete with world-class enterprises on the same stage.To be a world-class company,the extensive management methods left over from the farming society must be changed.Taking procurement as the starting point,this article analyzes the normal practice and problems in the procurement activities of state-owned enterprises,and puts forward the concept of lean procurement,which aims to improve the quality and efficiency and promote the development of state-owned enterprise procurement activities.
