摘要
伴随着“碳中和”时代的到来,以氢能为主导的新型绿色产业已日趋成为主流,国家大力扶持并推进加氢站工程建设的力度。面对多地区同时期建站的要求,探索一套适用于加氢站工程建设的多项目管理模式尤为重要。文章基于多项目管理理论为依据,结合现阶段本人在加氢站工程建设中的实践经验,提出目前加氢站工程建设中存在的主要问题,通过优化组织资源配置、设计标准化、采购模块化、提高施工质量管理等方面着手,从而实现项目群的高效协同管理,为今后在更多加氢站工程建设项目管理上提供参考。
With the coming of the age of carbon neutrality,the new green industry dominated by hydrogen energy has increasingly become the mainstream.China has vigo-rously supported and promoted the construction of hydrogen station.Facing the demands of building hydrogen stations in multiple regions at the same time,it is particularly important to explore a multi-project management mode suitable for hydrogen station projects.Based on the theory of multi-project management and combined with the practical experience in hydrogen station projects,this paper points out the main problems in the construction of hydrogen station.By optimizing resource allocation,adopting standardized design and modular procurement and improving construction quality management,high efficiency collaborative management of the project group can be achieved,providing references for the management of hydrogen station projects in the future.
