社会转型视角下淮河流域治淮政策历史演变研究--基于ROST文本挖掘系统的分析

A Study on the Historical Evolution of Huaihe River Basin Policy under the Perspective of Social Transformation--Analysis of Text Mining System Based on Rost

在社会转型的历史背景下,我国淮河流域的治淮政策发生了一系列显著的变化。本研究基于转型视角对淮河流域治理政策在时空方面的演进和特征进行剖析,以淮河流域的治理政策文本为例,对1949—2020年发布的治淮政策标题及其文本内容按时间、空间维度进行文本分析,并对收集的所有治淮政策文本进行相关语义网络分析,为淮河流域的持续治理和开发提供参考。

Under the historical background of social transformation,a series of significant changes have taken place in the policy of Huaihe River Basin in China.Based on the perspective of transformation,this study analyzed the evolution and characteristics of the governance policies of the Huaihe River Basin in terms of time and space,taking the governance policy texts of the Huaihe River basin as an example,this study conducted a textual analysis of the governance policy titles and their textual contents released from 1949 to 2020 according to the temporal and spatial dimensions,and performed a relevant semantic network analysis on all collected governance policy texts,so as to provide reference for the sustainable governance and development of the Huaihe River Basin.
