张国华是我军高级将领、开国中将,曾任豫皖苏军区司令员、十八军军长、西藏军区司令员、成都军区政委,在革命战争和对印自卫反击战中作出了杰出贡献。他在豫皖苏军区的创建和发展过程中起到了重要作用,豫皖苏军区的发展壮大对于支撑解放战争时期华东战场和中原战场发挥了独特作用,是重要的战略地区,为支援刘邓大军、陈粟大军及淮海战役、渡江战役作出了重要贡献。

Zhang Guohua was a senior general in our army and a lieutenant general in the founding of the People's Republic of China.He served as commander of the Yuwansu military region,commander of the 18th army,commander of the Tibet Military Region and political commissar of the Chengdu military region,made an outstanding contribution in the revolutionary war and the Sino-Indian War.He played an important role in the establishment and development of the Yuwansu military region.The development and expansion of the Yuwansu military region played a unique role in supporting the East China battlefield and the Central Plain battlefield during the war of liberation,and was an important strategic area,it made important contributions to support the Liu Deng Army,the Chen Su Army,the Huaihai Campaign and the battle to cross the Changjiang River.
