摘要
基于陕西北人B624卷筒纸印刷机上运动薄膜的运动稳定性问题,对非均匀张力作用下斜支承运动薄膜的横向振动特性进行研究。基于D’Alembert原理以及直角坐标系与斜坐标系的转化,得到斜坐标系中非均匀张力作用下斜支承运动薄膜的运动微分方程。采用微分求积法对振动微分方程进行离散得到运动薄膜的复特征值方程,得到非均匀张力系数、斜支承角度变化时无量纲速度与无量纲复频率之间的关系曲线,分析各参数对系统稳定性的影响并得到了不同参数下运动薄膜发散失稳的临界速度。
Considering the motion stability of moving membrane on the Shaanxi beiren B624 web press,the transverse vibration characteristics of moving membrane on oblique supports subjected to non-uniform tension are studied.Based on d’Alembert’s principle and the transformation between rectangular coordinate system and oblique coordinate system,the differential equation to the motion of the moving membrane on oblique supports subjected to non-uniform tension is obtained.The differential quadrature method is used to discretize the differential equation,with the complex eigenvalue equation of the moving membrane obtained.The relationship curve between the dimensionless speed and the dimensionless complex frequency is obtained with the different non-uniform tension coefficient and the angle of the oblique support.The influence of the various parameters on the stability is analyzed,with the critical speed of the divergent instability of the moving membrane under different parameters obtained.
