摘要
目的探索4Rs原则在人体机能学动物实验中的应用价值及优化改进方案。方法运用4Rs原则开展人体机能学动物实验教学活动,包括“人体生理实验替代动物实验”“整合实验项目,减少使用动物数量”“优化实验过程,减少动物痛苦”和“增强伦理观念,对实验动物要有责任感”4个部分;课后采用问卷调查的方法收集实验教学效果反馈并进行梳理分析。结果92.0%医学生在动物实验过程中主动同情实验动物,积极主动做到以教学为主,同时兼顾到实验动物福利。结论4Rs原则为人体机能学动物实验教学提供新的思路与方法,在学习知识和技能的同时培养学生医学人文精神。
Objective To evaluate 4Rs principle applied in animal experiments for research and to optimize training outcomes with animal model.Methods The 4Rs principle was applied in four parts of training process with animal models including“replacing animal experiments with human physiological experiments”“integrating experimental projects,reducing the use of animals”“optimizing experimental process for minimizing animal suffering”and“strengthening ethical concepts,responsibility in research with experimental animals”.After class,feedbacks from students were collected through questionnaire survey and the data was analyzed.Results There were 92.0%medical students showed sympathize for the laboratory animals in the process of animal experiments;took care of the welfare of experimental animals while achieving training objectives.Conclusions The 4Rs principle provides a new idea and method for animal experiment and cultivates learners'animal ethics.
