超声新技术在糖尿病肾病研究中的应用进展

Application progress of new ultrasound technology in the research of diabetic nephropathy

糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症,为糖尿病主要致死因素之一,严重威胁糖尿病患者的健康和生命。目前针对DN诊治方面的研究方法较多,其中超声技术作为一种无创、经济、便利、快捷的方法发挥了重要作用,随着超声技术的不断进步,除了传统超声技术,一些新的超声技术也逐步应用于DN的研究中,其中具有代表性的包括三维超声成像、超声弹性成像和超声造影。本文将对近年来国内外应用超声新技术进行DN研究的现状和进展情况予以总结分析,为相关研究人员提供参考。

Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is a common microvascular complication of diabetes and one of the main lethal factors of diabetes,which seriously threatens the health and life of diabetic patients.At present,there are many research methods for the diagnosis and treatment of DN.Among them,ultrasound technology has played an important role as a non-invasive,economical,convenient and fast method.With the continuous advancement of ultrasound technology,in addition to traditional ultrasound technology,some new ultrasound technology also gradually applied to the research of DN,The representative ones include three-dimensional ultrasound imaging,ultrasound elastography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound.This article will summarize and analyze the current status and progress of DN research using new ultrasound technology at home and abroad in recent years,and provide references for related researchers.
