电子商务环境下生鲜农产品供应链模式创新

Innovation of Fresh Agricultural Products Supply Chain Mode in E-commerce Environment

从当前生鲜农产品供应链中存在的损耗过高、环节冗余、缺少监控、加工水平低、难以溯源等问题出发,提出了生鲜农产品供应链的创新模式,并从基础设施建设、冷链物流体系、质量追溯、营销模式、供应链整合等方面,给出了创新模式实现的对策,旨在发挥供应链模式创新在生鲜电商运营过程中的作用,促进生鲜农产品供应链的持续健康发展。

In this paper,in view of the problems such as high spoilage,redundant links,lack of monitoring,low processing level,and difficulty in traceability in the current fresh agricultural product supply chain,we proposed an innovative mode of the fresh agricultural product supply chain,and from the aspects of infrastructure construction,cold chain logistics system,quality traceability,marketing mode,and supply chain integration,etc.,presented the countermeasures for the realization of the innovative mode,in the hope to give play to supply chain mode innovation in the operation of fresh food e-commerce and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the fresh agricultural products supply chain.
