摘要
从物流效率等6个维度构建卷烟物流设备评价指标体系,并结合层次分析法、功效系数法、质量功能展开法(QFD)等方法确定评价方法体系。最后,以VBA为计算工具,利用3个同类单位实际数据进行案例分析。评价结果很好地验证了在烟草商业公司物流设备管理评价中应用QFD法作为评价方法的科学性与实用性。
In this paper,we constructed the evaluation index system of cigarette logistics equipment from six dimensions including logistics efficiency,etc.Then,combining with analytic hierarchy process,efficacy coefficient method,and quality function deployment(QFD),etc.,we determined the suitable evaluation method system.Finally,with VBA as the calculation tool,we used the actual data of three same-category units to carry out an empirical analysis.The result well verified the validity and effectiveness of QFD in the logistics equipment management evaluation for tobacco commercial companies.
