高职院校“双轨制”学生管理探究——以物流管理专业为例

Research on Dual-Track Student Management in Higher Vocational Colleges:Taking Logistics Management Specialty as Example

从学生管理的必要性分析开始,研究了目前高职院校物流管理专业学生管理的困境,并希望通过“双轨制”学生管理模式提供改善方案,建立了“双轨制”学生管理矩阵模型,并从管理架构和激励保障措施两个方面进行分析,提高“双轨制”学生管理模式的实施效果,总结分析了“双轨制”学生管理的实践意义。

In this paper,to better adapt to the current student management practice and starting with an analysis of the necessity of student management,this paper studied the current dilemma faced in the student management of the logistics management specialty in higher vocational colleges,established the dual-track student management matrix model in the hope to come up with plans to improve the effect of student management,and analyzed the management structure and incentive measures to improve the implementation effect of the dual-track student management mode.At the end,it summarized the practical significance of the dual-track student management system.
